A full range of services will be available for residents and businesses within Owenstown and on a self-sufficient basis. Fresh water will be supplied from on-site sources and waste water will be treated on site using the latest technology.
All other services will also be provided and will include the provision of a wireless ‘umbrella’ for the entire town centre area to facilitate broadband internet access. This will be owned and managed by a subsidiary of the Owenstown Management company, which will act as a local Internet Service Provider for the settlement.
